How to prepare good coffee Terminologías del Café

French Press


STEPS:
- Preheat the press with a little hot water.
- Add one tablespoon of ground coffee per cup to jar.
- Add boiling water.
- Briefly mix water and coffee with non-metal spoon.
- Put on press-lid.
- Wait from 4 to 6 minutes.
- Slowly lower plunger.

Serve and experience the great taste of Aromas del Valle Organic Coffee.



RECOMENDATIONS
- After using, wash with soft sponge and unscented soap.
- If piston design allows it, unscrew filter and clean every part after each preparation.

American Coffee-Maker


STEPS:
- Fill tank with cold water according to cups of coffee to be prepared.
- Put paper filter and/or synthetic casing in coffee-maker basket.  
- Add one tablespoon of ground coffee (5g-7g) per cup (120ml) to coffee-maker basket.
- Install filter-holder basket in machine.
- Place jar under filter-holder basket and press START button.
 

When dripping is finished, serve and experience the great taste of Aromas del Valle Organic Coffee.


RECOMENDATIONS
- Once prepared, coffee should be served and drunk as soon as possible.
- Do not reuse grounded coffee that has been filtered.
- Do not reheat coffee for it can lose flavor and aroma. 
The coffee should not stay more than one hour on the coffee-maker burner.

Italian Coffee-Maker


STEPS:
- Fill lower container with cold water up to level of safety valve.  
- Place metal filter on tank and fill with coffee up to the brim.
- Level the surface and lightly compact coffee.
- Place coffee-maker on stove, simmer at even heat. 
- Once coffee has finished filtering, remove from fire.

Serve and experience the great taste of Aromas del Valle Organic Coffee.


RECOMMENDATIONS
- If burner has irregular heating, place a metal plate on top to help evenly disperse heat.  
- It is better to use an electric stove.
- Coffee is ready when you hear water is boiling. 
- Always wash bottom of coffee-maker with hot water.
- After several uses, replace filter and rubber seal.
