Terminology in the world of coffee
Acidity: Contrary to popular belief, acidity in coffee does not necessarily refer to its PH levels. Acidity is the dry and bright taste that coffee drinkers experience.
Body: This refers to the weight of coffee, that is, to the permanence or density of coffee on your tongue as a result of its fat content. A medium to dark brown coffee will generally have heavier body.
Aroma / Flavor: The smell is the part of the flavor of coffee perceived by senses other than the tongue.
